Two reports - one on high school graduation rates in America's largest 50 cities, the other on the rise in the number of food stamp recipients - highlight a growing trend of econmic inequality and poverty in America.

CORNWALL – Things were on a roll bright and early this morning with the Bike-A-Thon Plus kick-off breakfast at the civic complex. Hundreds packed the salons to support the Children’s Treatment Centre’s second largest fundraising event, something which greatly pleased its chair, Milton Ellis.

This news projects that Ipod shuffle is better than Microsoft Zune. It appears that Apple paid them off to make this news. Personally I think Zune is much better. I am a hard core fan of zune!

Instead of dealing with the serious issue at hand, alleged election overspending, the Con's are as usual pointing fingers at the Lib's and anyone else they can think of as a diversion. One of their favourite attack dogs, Pierre Poilievre apparently sees a conspiracy here. Ottawa-area Conservative Pierre Poilievre (PWAH'-lee-ehv) goes further, accusing Elections Canada of inviting the Liberal party to watch the raid unfold. Note to Petey. "Lexicon is a tool to follow language trends across Facebook. Specifically, Lexicon looks at the usage of words and phrases on profile, group and event Walls. For example, you can enter "love, hate" (without quotations) to compare the usage of these two words on Facebook Walls."
